All employees with Improve To Make Better must complete the 245D Training with Star Services. Once you have been hired, you will be sent an email link (http://www.edvance360.com/improve) to sign in with your login and password, and you may change your login and password to fit your needs. You will have 60 days to complete your training. Thereafter, you will be expected to complete a section of the annual training every two months. You may also come to the website and click on the link http://www.edvance360.com/improve. We strive for excellent support.

Hours: Full-time/ Part-time/ On-call
Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to provide support and training services to the participant in his/her environment and to promote the individual's development toward total independence in the community
Qualifications:
Knowledge customarily acquired through formal education resulting in a two-year degree, preferably in social service, plus 2-3 years of experience in a social service field is preferable.
A passion for the care of those with disabilities and a willingness to learn.
(Training in this field is available if hired)
Valid driver's license, and safe, reliable, running motor vehicle with insurance for transporting persons served.
